Join us for a fun family day out at the farm this Bank Holiday Monday! It’s shearing day, so come and watch the shearing process and meet our rare breed sheep, as they lose their woolly coats ready for summer. Demos throughout the day, plus all the usual fun of the farm, for an exciting bank holiday day out.
There’s lots of baa-rilliant fun to be had this Bank Holiday Monday – all included in your ticket price! With sheep shearing and Spring lambs to enjoy, goat kids to pet, adventure play to explore and interactive animal encounters to join throughout the day, you’ll find plenty to entertain the whole family!
We are proud members of the Rare Breed Survival Trust (RBST) and are pleased to have a number of rare breed sheep as part of our farm family. Come and find out more about these native breeds and meet our gorgeous spring lambs.
Our expert shearers will be doing shearing demonstrations in the Animal Barn at regular intervals throughout the day. See the shearing process from start to finish and marvel at the speed and skill needed to handle an adult sheep!
Get up-close to our gorgeous goat kids, stroke our rabbits and guineas, book a seat for our fascinating birds of prey display and get to know all of our farm residents. Enjoy interactive talks from our expert keepers and loads of opportunities to meet, pet and feed our animals.
Farm is open from 10am – 5:30pm. Last admission at 4pm.
