A regular at Hogshaw Farm for the last 4 years, and have attended almost every seasonal events (and non-seasonal trips) over the years. Can’t stop raving how great the farm is (and the team)! So much thought goes behind every event they put together and love to see the new additions and updates on the facilities to the farm! We recently purchased the annual membership - and I don’t know why we hadn’t done this sooner! We easily spend a whole day there as there’s so much to do for kids. Great space, activities, farm animals, events and facilities. Thank you Hogshaw Farm and team for always being so great - we definitely call this our happy place each time we’re there!

First time visiting, bought our grandchildren for an easter treat. Not a bad little place,, they enjoyed feeding the lambs although it was over very quickly! The wildlife area is pretty good. Enjoyed the easter trail too. Soft play is small and busy, pity we were banished to outside to eat our picnic in the cold wind! All of the picnic areas were full. The cafe food is the usual over priced and small portions like other farms. My only complaint is your Tarantula has the wrong set up for its species and cannot burrow in sand.

This place is great for keeping your young children busy all day. They have a good sized soft play area a lovely sandpit and outdoor playground. Plus all the wonderful animals to see including Scottish wild cats. A silver fox , goats, lambs, pigs, hens, mice, tortoise and more. The food is a bit pricy, but you can take your own.

Fantastic place for kids, my son who is autistic loved it! The staff were brilliant, they were fully engaged with the public and nothing was too much trouble.

Great fun for my little boy. Lots going on and such a variety of animals as well as hands on experiences. The soft play was an incredible touch!

We absolutely love it here. We have purchased an annual ticket, which is a great money saver. The play areas are all brilliant, sand, bouncy pillows, soft play, ride on tractors, and climbing equipment. A large variety of animals, all of whom appear well looked after.

Last week, it was finally our cows' favourite day of the year - turnout day! Our fields are now dry enough to let the cows out of the barn, and look how happy they are! #happy #cows

Spring time means new growth - even for our reindeer! 🦌 Every year, ours drop their antlers around April time, and a brand new pair will have grown in by Autumn. Bull (male) reindeer antlers can grow up to 1cm a day! Here's Archie, Asta and Hela showing off their new look. #reindeer #spring
