customer reviews

What a fabulous time we had yesterday at your Christmas experience! The activities hosted by your elves were spot on and helped to build the excitement in my 3-year old granddaughter as she waited for her turn to see the big man. I have to say that mummy, daddy and Grannie all agreed that Father Christmas was the best we’d ever seen and the gifts were great quality - even my 4-month old granddaughter was intrigued. The only tears were from Grannie, and she even got a hug from Santa 😂 Lovely touch that he called the children in by their names and he was sooo engaging and authentic - my daughter-in-law gave the whole experience 10/10 - high praise indeed!! 😀. We’ll be back!

Very informative & engaging member of staff on duty on the day we visited. She was on cleaning out & feeding duties. Enjoyed seeing all the animals & birds, enjoyed it so much that we forgot to attend the bird show. Cafe quite expensive for what you receive, we liked the kids picnic idea & cost though.

Kids enjoyed it. Nice local attraction

We had a lovely time here for Gransons Birthday party.

A lovely morning out which could have been longer. There’s loads to see and do and we really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended!!

Always a great time here. Kids love being able to get close to the animals

Brilliant place for the kids. Wide range of activities including indoor and outdoor playgrounds as well as opportunities to feed the animals.

For us, as a family of 5, this is the best farm in the area. It has a beautiful gift shop and cafe that's actually nice to sit in! And then there a huge play area and cafe for kids. The animals are amazing and they are very varid- from birds to farm animals to insects/reptiles. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the animals are rare breeds too so that adds an extra layer of interest for everyone and its good to support them. They also have the best Halloween 🎃 potion making, pumpkin decorating, Harry Potter school in October and great kids activity camps during holidays! We've never been over Christmas but I can imagine their Christmas activities rival the best!
