TIME SLOTS: Your ticket is for a specific time slot to begin the Christmas Experience. Please aim to arrive to the farm AT LEAST 30 minutes before your Christmas time slot, to allow for any potential unexpected delays. Please arrive at the entrance to the Christmas experience no later than 5 minutes before your allotted time. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be accommodated and tickets are non-refundable.
FARM ACCESS: Your ticket also includes all-day access to the farm between 10am – 5:30pm. You are welcome to stay and explore for as long as you like before/after your Christmas experience.
FLEXI BOOK ADD-ON: All of our tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, so if you’d like peace of mind when booking your Christmas event tickets, select our Flexi-Book Add-On. This allows you to make one change to the date of your visit (subject to availability) if needed, for a flat fee of £4.95 per booking. Flexi Book is only valid when purchased at the same time as your tickets.
