Head of Catering
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Catering to lead all catering operations at Hogshaw Farm & Wildlife Park. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strong culinary expertise with operational and commercial oversight.
You will oversee food production and service across the site, lead and develop the catering team, manage rotas and budgets, ensure full compliance with food safety standards, and drive financial performance. The role also includes leading catering for events, developing seasonal menus, and acting as Duty Manager when required.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing, family-run visitor attraction, shaping our food offering and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
