We were a party of eight with four five and under. We had a fantastic day. Everything is so well thought out - all at eye level for the younger children. They loved walking through the goats and feeding them and especially loved feeding milk to the lambs (a first for both the older ones). The birds of prey display was excellent. There were lots of washing stations which is brilliant and the toilet facilties were excellent. Loads of picnic benches outside and under cover. We ended up in the soft play at the end so the adults could have a sit down and a well deserved coffee! We will definitely be coming again as it is so easy to book online and prices are similar to other farms nearby.

Visited on a school holiday weekday with two adults and my 3 year old daughter, had an absolutely great time. I think the price is very fair and a great day out the animals themselves were great, a really good variety to see including birds of prey, creepy crawlies, wolves, foxes and your more traditional farmyard animals. The indoor play area was great and the outdoor play areas were brilliant very varied and plenty of seating for us as well as lots of things to keep our little one happy and entertained! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

What a great place as soon as you enter the farm it felt very friendly and relaxed with their approach. We were a large family party with just as many afikts as children, lol. The children's ages ranged from 11 months to 13 years, and they all enjoyed it emensly. The feeling of the animals was especially enthralling to the older children following the keeper from pen to pen, taking in all what was going on with feeding and the importance of the animals' health. The goat and chicken walk were brilliant. The children loved engaging with the goats especially. Free water refill was available. Also, great cafe areas inside and picnic benches outside toilets will be signed through the farm. And for the adults, great coffee and the knowledge children are safe. Will definitely visit again

Had a fabulous few hours at Hogshaw farm. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. When the lamb feeding was going on they kindly waited for me to fetch my son over so he could take part. We had the best day among the cutest baby farm animals.

What a lovely day! We booked tickets for the Farmer Christmas experience and have to say it was so well run. All the elves were so happy and helpful and Farmer Christmas himself was brilliant and really made our 2 year old feel relaxed and happy. Will definitely come again next year!
