Excellent day out with children! Lots to keep kids busy. Giant sandpit with waterworks to interact with, latge softplay and bouncy pillows. Kids enjoyed seeing the animals and feeding goats.

Lovely day out, really enjoyed the farm animals, so cute! Especially baby goats. Loved the walk with them when they all come to you and you can stroke them 🙂 Also the bird show was amazing! The only downside was the lynx who looked a bit unhappy pacing up and down for ages in the same spot. And the prices in the cafe are definitely on the higher side.

Very good for young children took my niece she loved it great little day out fairly priced plenty to see and do

A regular at Hogshaw Farm for the last 4 years, and have attended almost every seasonal events (and non-seasonal trips) over the years. Can’t stop raving how great the farm is (and the team)! So much thought goes behind every event they put together and love to see the new additions and updates on the facilities to the farm! We recently purchased the annual membership - and I don’t know why we hadn’t done this sooner! We easily spend a whole day there as there’s so much to do for kids. Great space, activities, farm animals, events and facilities. Thank you Hogshaw Farm and team for always being so great - we definitely call this our happy place each time we’re there!

First time visiting, bought our grandchildren for an easter treat. Not a bad little place,, they enjoyed feeding the lambs although it was over very quickly! The wildlife area is pretty good. Enjoyed the easter trail too. Soft play is small and busy, pity we were banished to outside to eat our picnic in the cold wind! All of the picnic areas were full. The cafe food is the usual over priced and small portions like other farms. My only complaint is your Tarantula has the wrong set up for its species and cannot burrow in sand.

This place is great for keeping your young children busy all day. They have a good sized soft play area a lovely sandpit and outdoor playground. Plus all the wonderful animals to see including Scottish wild cats. A silver fox , goats, lambs, pigs, hens, mice, tortoise and more. The food is a bit pricy, but you can take your own.
