Great day out for me and the kids. Reasonably priced, lots to see and great activities! Thank you
Great experience at Hogshaw Farm , this would be our third time coming here and 100% will be coming again as we have so much fun here. Me and my partner did the Reindeer and Sika Deer experience. Niamh who lead the experience was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The Team at Hogshaw Farm was absolutely amazing. Planned a proposal for my now fiancée with the help of Niamh and the team and they went above and beyond! Thank you all so much and will be back with the kids soon!
Had the Highland cow experience with Harry and it was great, he was full of info and very happy to show us the "scratchy spot" on Orla
Went for a children's party, all had a lovely time and left exhausted. Lots to do, animals to see, things to bounce on, soft play inside, big play park outside, big sandpit. The perfect place for a family day out.
First time at Hogshaw farm, we had a great time! Lots to do and see. Staff are friendly and a big shout out to Harry who delivered an excellent talk on both bird shows and the dears. We took our own lunch as the food is too expensive. Some animals were not in the cage but we did see plenty others. Great play area for kids. The garden was not so great, but we didn't go to see that! Lol I would recommend ☺️
We have just enjoyed another visit to Hogshaw. We came for the lynx feeding experience. Harry the keeper who hosted us was excellent! Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the lynx. He made it into an extra special experience for my young Son and I. We will definitely be back to enjoy another animal experience in the near future. The farm itself is good, unfortunately a few empty enclosures at the moment but im sure there are good reasons for this. Very reasonable entry prices. Food from the restaurant is good, prices around what you expect these days. Plenty of picnic benches around the farm for people to use and many with parasols for shade. Plenty for the kids to do with a lovely outdoor play area and sand and water play area, indoor soft play area, bouncy pillows and big tyre swing among other bits. The new deer park has been very well done with a great viewing deck complete with some picnic benches. There was a new addition today of a football target goal which my Son was very happy about ! The bird show was great ! Hosted by Harry today who again was very knowledgeable about the birds he was showing. Also throwing in a few good lines to make the audience laugh along the way. The young lady in the shop was very friendly and welcoming too when we arrived (apologies, I didn't catch her name). We spent around 6 hours at the farm and had a thoroughly great day 😀. Looking forward to returning soon.
Visited today for the Lynx feeding experience and it was amazing! Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the Lynx were stunning.
Fantastic little gem in Buckinghamshire. Everything about this place is amazing. The VIP experiences are brilliant, the staff are great, the food is lovely. Overall first class and thoroughly recommend.
Last week we welcomed five new Wallabies from Yorkshire Zoo to join our remaining wallaby and give him some company. 🦘 Did you know Britain has wild wallabies? The UK’s most well-known wild population began after red-necked wallabies escaped from a wildlife park on the Isle of Man in the 1970s. They adapted surprisingly well to the mild climate, with some breeding successfully in the wild. There have also been historical populations in parts of mainland Britain, including the Peak District, after escapes from private collections. Native to Australia and Tasmania, red-necked wallabies are well suited to cooler temperatures, making Britain’s climate more hospitable than many people might expect. A reminder that some of Britain’s wildlife stories are completely unexpected! #wallaby #britishwildlife #bucksfarmpark #hogshawfarmandwildlifepark

🥚 Fingers crossed for ducklings! 🥚 We're hoping to welcome some new Aylesbury Duck ducklings to the farm… with a little help from some very caring foster mums. Our Cayuga and Khaki Campbell ducks are sitting on 12 fertile Aylesbury Duck eggs, keeping them warm and protected until it's time to hatch. Although the eggs they lay themselves aren't viable, they're proving to be brilliant foster mums so far. Why Aylesbury Ducks? They're our most local rare breed duck and, even better, they're named after the nearby town of Aylesbury – just 20 minutes from Hogshaw Farm. We're proud to already have a small group here, and we're hoping to help this iconic local breed thrive by adding a few more to the flock. Now comes the hardest part… the waiting! If all goes to plan, the eggs should hatch in around 28 days. Wish our foster mums luck, and check back in a few weeks to see whether we've got some fluffy new arrivals! #AylesburyDuck #RareBreeds #Ducklings #Buckinghamshire #HogshawFarm
