Price is ridiculously high over the summer holidays... But, they are making an effort and the place looks nice
Visited in June 2015. A good place to spend a day with your young kids. Bits of everything. Soft play, outdoor cart, animals (you can feed them as well) and a decent cafe to tea and coffee. We where for a birthday party so do not know the entry fee or what else then have on the cafe menu.
Great place to go, staff very informative and helpful. Lots to see and do.
First visit grandchildren loved it so much to see and do will definitely go again great day out
We had a Lovely day at this farm on father's day. Farm is not huge but good enough to spend half a day. They have lots of animals and also provide animal encounter experience which was really informative. We had a great day at the farm.
Beautiful place! Perfect for a family with under 5s. Maybe up to 7-8yo. Very well organised, so many activities! We enjoyed it a lot! Highly recommend.
We had a lovely experience today at Hogshaw Farm. 2 adults. 2 chdn under 10. There is so much to do and to see. For £15 pp there's 2 sand pits, multiple play areas, water play area (within one sand area), farm animals and some wildlife animals. We pre booked the bird show (free) and the woman who presented really knew her info and made it really interesting! She spent some time answering my sons questions too. We didn't eat there but the cafe was huge and had a massive soft play inside. Toilets situated at the beginning. Loads of places to sit and eat. Small train ride and bouncy pillows x 2 for under 5s and 5 plus. All the staff were really really friendly and I can't fault them at all! Would highly recommend for a day out in the sun as it's all outdoors apart from cafe n shop.
Sometimes, our Farm team really goes the extra mile (well, their technology does)! Here's what happened to poor old Farmer Phil's phone when he tried to get some footage of our polecats 🫣 - and the culprit caught in action! Seems our Alwyn is a really "smashing" mum! 😀 P.S.
